With a passion for storytelling and a knack for building meaningful connections, Marcía Williams has spent over 25 years mastering the art of communication. As the founder of MWA Public Relations, she has helped clients across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors achieve their goals with innovative media strategies and outreach.

Marcía’s true passion, however, is in empowering others. Inspired by her own journey as a cancer survivor and in honor of her late sister, a broadcast journalist who passed away from breast cancer, she founded Broadcast Your Love (BYL). Through the nonprofit, she helps young adults build confidence, create relationships, and develop the communication skills needed to share their ideas with impact.

A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Marcía has been recognized nationally for her work in literacy advocacy, corporate social responsibility, and public engagement. She’s committed to community impact, historic preservation, and education, actively contributing to leadership development and small business growth initiatives.

Today, Marcía uses her expertise to help individuals and organizations break through communication barriers. Through customized consulting and training, she offers communication strategies to help others refine personal narratives, develop brands, and boost messaging effectiveness.
